Institution-managed accounts
If your account was created on your behalf and managed by your institution (using your official institution-issued email address), you can request to have your account disabled by contacting support. We may require verification of your identity before processing the request. We typically process such requests within 2 business days.
Once processed, we will:
Disable your credentials so you will no longer be able to login.
Archive your record in our CRM system and unsubscribe you from any notifications.
Once you have received confirmation from our support team, you should delete the app from your device.
Please note that all data you submitted via the app (including assessment attempts) may be retained in accordance with our terms of service for reporting, analysis, compliance, auditing and related purposes.
Individual accounts
If you created an account independently of an institution, you can request to have your account deleted by contacting support. We may require verification of your identity before processing the request. We typically process such requests within 2 business days.
Once processed, we will:
Delete all submissions made by you via the app (subject to legal or compliance requirements).
Disable your credentials so you will no longer be able to login.
Archive your record in our CRM system and unsubscribe you from any notifications.
Please note that residual copies may be retained in secure backups for up to 60 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
Once you have received confirmation from our support team, you should delete the app from your device.
