Can I re-attempt?
Yes, in many cases you will be able to make more than one attempt per assessment. This is managed by your institution.
Do I need to answer all the questions before submitting?
No, but we recommend answering as many as possible before submitting, as you have a limited number of attempts per assessment. If you submit a subset of questions, you’ll only receive grading and feedback on those questions, not on the full assessment.
To get the most out of your attempts, complete as much of the assessment before submitting. That way you’ll receive feedback across more (all) of the questions, which will help you prepare more effectively.
Which language(s) can I submit in?
At this stage, submissions and feedback are available in English only.
Who sees my results?
Your results are accessible to your institution to help track learning and provide support.
Can I use the app offline?
Currently, Ace does not support offline submission or feedback. You’ll need to be connected to submit and review results.
